Health Alliance, the largest managed care organization based in downstate Illinois, approached VE’s digital team to execute a new website for Illinois Partnership for Health. IPH is group of community health systems working with the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services (HFS) and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to provide and coordinate the delivery of health care for those on Medicaid.
