Heel to Toe opened in 1976 in an 800-square-foot store in Champaign, Illinois’ Market Place Mall. In 1987 we moved to our present location now a 10,000-square-foot multiple brand comfort shoe store and orthopedic facility in downtown Urbana, Illinois. Heel to Toe, Birkenstock Concepts, and New Balance Urbana has more than 12,000 pairs of shoes in stock. Our inventory includes more than 3,000 pairs of Medicare approved diabetic shoes.
Heel to Toe's entire staff is amazing to work with! They initially partnered with us to build their online presence years ago. The site was used as their marketing presence for their 4 brick and mortar stores known for their customer service and expertise in diabetic shoes. We assisted with photography, graphics, and hosting & maintenance.
Most recently, we built a second website on the Shopify platform to begin their move into selling online. Our team guided them through the process of this new platform performing training, product integrations, and custom app integrations. Tracking and shipping automated emails were setup, as well as store pickup options.
