The purpose of the Delta program is to fund organizations located in eight Delta states (Alabama, Arkansas, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, and Tennessee) to address unmet local health care needs and prevalent health disparities through the development of new and innovative projects in Delta communities. Funding is provided by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS).
We had the privilege of the creation and management of the Delta program located in eight Delta states (Alabama, Arkansas, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, and Tennessee). Assisting with their social media each year, the goal is to promote the free programs and services from the healthcare partners LeBonheur Children's Hospital, Hardeman County Community Health Center, Henry County Medical Center, Paris and Henry County Healthcare Foundation, Inc.
Working with the team at Henry County Medical Center, content is created for a 12-month calendar year and our team manages the review and scheduling process. This content is tailored towards educational information, specific initiatives, upcoming events, and programs.
